Hi,
I have recently picked up playing the guitar again but because it has been a while since i last played my acoustic is not in the best of conditions and is too small for me (only about 1/2 or 3/4 size) and i need a new one if i am going to be able to play it properly. Unfortunately, being a student, i am on quite a tight budget and so can only afford a guitar no more than about £150. I don't know a lot about what makes a guitar good so does anyone out there now what would be the best guitar for me in that price range.
I am a beginner guitarist but a fairly advanced beginner.
Cheers for any suggestions
It's no secret I'm a big fan of Yamaha guitars, so I would recommend any Yamaha in your budget.
Regards,
Paul
+1 for a Yamaha. Or Alvarez.
Even better, a used one; you might find a higher-end model in your price range. Look for one with a solid top.
"Everybody got to elevate from the norm."
I will have a look at both Yamaha's and Alvarez and see what i can get. I did find one guitar on sale for only £80, it was a Vintage V300 Solid Top. Is this any good?
Also what are Harley Bentons like? They seem to be popping up quite a lot when i look. I still think that that Vintage could be a good deal though?
