I ran into his video's the other day on you tube. I just thought I would post them here... No one seems to know who he is..........

He also seems to be one of the guys that his thumb sneaks around the top of the guitar.......
anyway... I was pretty impressed which isn't hard to do I'm just learning. I just thought I would see what you guys thought of him.
I watched a few of these. He's really good.

"I play live as playing dead is harder than it sounds!"
He is good and most importantly, he shows how playing accurately but not very fast can sound.
I love his Taylor  .
There's nothing really impressive about this guys playing. Really this is the base that we should all have. There's no reason why anyone could not be able to play as well as he does. What is great about this guy is his groove, the songs he sings and how he sings and plays them. The feeling is what is hard to bring across. anyone can learn how to play. Making the guitar an extension of your ability to express yourself: that can take a lifetime.
He has an amazing voice and really knows how to accompany it with the guitar. Check out his cover of "greenback dollar."
Wow! he does a version of Long Tailed Cat that's almost a carbon copy of Loggins and Messina. He has a really great feel for the song.
Thanks for the link!
Well, If I was as good as this guy, I sure as heck would only have music as my life instead of having to work a real job. If that talent was baseline, I'd be happy to aspire to more, instead of sadly longing for more. I wish I had more time and a better frame of mind to get better.
It is a small world for metal fanatics. I welcome you fellow musicians, especially the metalheads!
agreed with hueseph - but if I could only have his voice..................

That's what I was thinking. He's good, but nothing to impressive. With a little hard work, anyone at GN could play like this fellow. That is to say, I don't find it to be innovating, or some personal style - it's just standard guitar work.
