Hi everyone.. just ran into this on YouTube... looks like Ibanez's answer to the Taylor T5.

Looks pretty cool, with a model running around $550...

That Koa one is only $799 street price. Killer! Might be a very versatile church guitar for me ...

Interesting body; the T5 is much narrower I believe.

Also a Church musician! This would be a nice way to just have one guitar.

The resemblence to a T5 is superficial. They sound very different, which is not surprising given the pup types/placements and body sizes/types are all very different. The Ibanez seems to be a very versatile "straight into the PA" instrument. And especially at those prices, it seems to offer a lot. Of course, that and great build quality are expected of Ibanez.
