I perk Barbera MokaDolce Expresso Italiano with a slice of lemon rind in the grounds. It takes the bitterness off. Then drink it with a touch of vanilla and hot milk in a little expresso cup in the morning. And that's it for the day. That's my only shot of caffeine so I don't expect to be having these caffeine related problems that people are getting all over the place.

I drink my coffee black. I got hooked on grinding my own beans a few years back and can't stand pre-ground coffee now. You get spoiled by the freshness I suppose. I also drink a half pot in the morning. Sounds like a lot, but it's only three coffee mugs full.
