Okay - Thought I'd share my family with you all. :D

This is Melody, my former wife. (I hate calling her my ex. She's so NOT like that to me. We're very close)

This is Melody and I on St. Patricks day 2001. I never saw her look more beautiful than I did on this day.
She enchanted me so much, I asked her to wear that dress when we got married.
She did - That's our wedding day in the first picture. :D

And our family.

Harmony - Now 13 years old.

And Lucius - Now 4 years old.

And me - Those pictures of me with long hair are from my 20's.
I'm 37 now and this is from Oct. 2006.
So this is pretty much what I look like these days. :)

EDIT - And for a little contrast, and because of all the talk of beards... Here's the one time I had a full beard. 8)

Your wife was named Melody and you named your daughter Harmony? While I happen to really like both names, you probably got a lot of weird looks and comments from non-musician friends! (But who needs them, right? ;) )

She named the chillun's.

Mel had Symphony Aurora picked out for the name. :D

Which would have made our family introduction -
Melody, Harmony, Symphony, and KEN. :shock:
I was thinkin' I was gunna have to change my name to fit in. :wink:

LOL. "And Ken" Yea, you prob would have had to change your name. I actually like the names Melody/Harmony as girls names. Very nice. Your daughter actually looks a lot like her. Also, who is Lucius named after(if anyone)? The name seems oddly familiar, I don't know why. I've heard it somewhere before.

I plan on naming my son someday...James Marshall O'Connor after Jimi Hendrix. I wouldn't name him "Jimi" only because he'd have to deal with everyone calling him James, when in reality, his name isn't James, it's Jimi, lol.

Lucius was named after the little redhaired boy in the movie 'Gladiator'.... Mel's then favorite movie.

It's Latin and means 'Bringer of Light'. (As does all of the similar names, ie. Lucien, Lucas, Luke, Lucinda, Lucy, etc.)
His middle name is Teigue - Which is either Celtic or Gaelic meaning 'Poet'.

I was gunna tell you Kev, that many times when I read your posts, I 'hear' Jimi.... that is, you sometimes write like
I've heard him talk (on film interveiws and such).
Maybe it's just your Avatar :D - I dunno.

myspYea, I know what you mean. First time someone has pointed that out though. When I first got into Jimi, digging into his history, I realized I talked like him(always have), and I found it kinda weird.

And hm...I've never seen Gladiator (not the entire movie atleast). But I have heard that name from somewhere before. I can't put my finger on it. Also, the meaning of that is very nice, "bringer of light".

And thanks, yea I think "James Marshall O'Connor" rings as well, lol. I'll probably not have a boy or something. Maybe I'll have to go with "Jamie Marie" Close enough, right? Lol.
