Im curious - never tried one of these moulded, 'vibracell' guitars but have heard surprisingly good things about them. My local shop has several in at any one time and at the moment have a 2 h/b (both coil tapped) with a Piezo bridge for a steal of a price. Is it worth going to try? or should I stay a long way away from it. Opinions welcome!

Maybe you should at least try it. Ever since I had that Dan Armstrong back in the 70s, I thought of plastic as a great material for electric guitars/basses.

Let us know.

Scott Hill from Fu Manchu mainly uses Dan Armstrongs, and he sounds awesome.

I played a Switch that was at a Sam Ash before. It sounded good to me and the neck was nice too.

It is a small world for metal fanatics. I welcome you fellow musicians, especially the metalheads!
