I've often watched the samples of TrueFire lessons on http://www.guitarplayertv.com in particular CAGED Cracked and Rhythmology. It's fascinating stuff, but he just goes too fast for me, he zips around and I can't keep up.
There is a new lesson there under EZ Street, talking about Parallel Thirds, again, fantastic licks (and great tone) but I just can't see what he's doing. I guess I'll have to wait three months for the magazine to come down under.
Check him out if you haven't, it's great stuff.
Oh, and RHCPFan, they have a section on John F, if you haven't seen it.
