Check this guy out, all of his stuff so far is in Open E tuning:

He posted a comment saying he's working on an instructional DVD for slide guitar, which has the potential to be pretty good. The videos are good, but he's not really helpful in fully explaining what notes he's using so it can be hard to pick up on right away. It's good if you can pick it out by ear though.
Used to be, was a part of me felt like hiding.. but now it comes through. Comes through to you.
