This might fall into the "Way Too Much Information" category, but I think it's hilarious.
Last night I really had lap steels and C6 (a.k.a. Am7) tuning on my mind. Fell asleep thinking about the interval relationships of the strings, how I'd play various chords, partial chords and blues licks. This morning I woke up, (or should I say was aroused?), with a wooden Johnson. Still half asleep, I thought "I wonder what key that's tuned to?"
(Sadly, it didn't get so much as a single strum.)
Obligatory illustration of a wooden Johnson:
:P
"A cheerful heart is good medicine."
Puts a whole new slant on "morning wood"...

ah the morning dew drops.
 You do realise I'll now be sending you my next therapy bill?
Don't worry, the check's in the mail.
