I really like this song. In fact, I can't see anything I would change. Just a tip though, where your post says "Peathingy", you can click the "modify" link at the top right corner of your submission, and insert a space or dot between the letters you actually typed, so the filter won't change it to thingy. Weird.

Welcome to the SSG - glad you stopped by.
I have to say this is a great song and meets all the criteria for this week's assignment. Â Good blues style writing and I read it with a travelling rhythm in my head (i know what I mean if no-one else does).
Not being native to the USA I thought Peathingy Alley was a real place and didn't realise it should've been Peac o c k alley.  That's the filters for you but we elected to retain them across all the boards as we do get  people visiting with their children and we don't wish to offend anyone.
