Knock on wood
Knock on wood
Cross your fingers that I'll be good
I'm not superstitious but maybe you should
Knock on wood
I found a cabin in the woods
I found a woman who misunderstood
She cursed me to the bone
Cursed me to roam alone through these woods
Knock on wood
I don't know what she's done
I don't know what I've become
I'd be good if I could
Knock on wood
Look up high; see that full moon shine
It makes me feel drunk on life
I'm not superstitious but my you look delicious
Knock on wood
My Red Riding Hood
Nice blues work on the lyric and the guitar. That's some mad skill.
Hi John,
Thanks for the listen and post :D
James
Good tune I like to open sound of the guitar, it would be good to put some space in there for lead work on this song. I think maybe a bass line too just to see how it flesh's out.
Life is not what you did. It's what you are doing.
Hi bluenotefla ,

You are right! :D And from the sound of your playing, it would fit right in with the kind of song/style you could embellish very nicely.
I was visiting family in the Philippines when I recorded this song and had a very cheap broken guitar I was borrowing and my wife's IPad.
Now that I am back home I could put some time into re-recording it........we'll see  the truth is I've been spending hours trying to get my computer programs reinstalled after a crash and I am close to done......and I have literally 1000s of pages of books I want to read ....decisions, decisions.......but I do appreciate the suggestions and fully agree :D
Thanks for the listen and post :D
