I spent the evening striping the lacquer on the front of the guitar with a blade and was able to get the ink removed. I haven't started on the backsid...

Hi Hyperborea,I haven't tried it yet and you make it a good point. I'm pretty sure I'm just going to have to completely strip it down and refinish it....
