hi all. I have got my self a bass guitar after my band forced me to buy one ::) anyways i bought this cheap KARINA bass guitar and is pure new to it. I get this fret buzzing noise when ever i pluck the string on basicly everywhere from E A D G but if i hold the string hard sometimes fret buzz stops (help me step by step since iam real new to guitar) plus i dont know how to tune my bass i have this INTELLI IMT-101 digital guitar/bass tuner and i dont know wat Flat,calib is and wat function it does (please help me step by step)

Even a "cheap" guitar can play well, if it is set up properly. If you bought it at a music store, go back and ask them to do a "set-up" and show you how to tune it. Most stores will do this for free.
If they won't help you, let us know. There are some articles here on how to do it yourself.
