Hey...What is a good website that has some easy tabs for a new bass player?
Here are a few websites that have bass tabs on them:

In my opinion, it's more a matter of finding tab for tunes that you consider easy, as opposed to finding a site that features easy tab. What I'm trying to say is that you can find tab for "Wild Thing" by the Troggs here, or here, or here; that arguably being just about the simplest song ever for bass.
Another easy tune is Green Day's "Brain Stew". Tabs can be found here, here, and here.
What kind of music do like and/or want to play? My advice is to check out some (or all) of these sites, find some tunes you want to play, print the tab, and go to it.

Any good songs?
Wouldn't you know that better than us? Just pick some songs which you find to have pleasing basslines and learn them. You'll know a line is a little beyond your present abilities if you can't get the hang of it, and if not: there you go.
