Thin Lizzy:  Jailbreak

"Nothing...can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts."

Although I own a bass, I don't really play either - but I'd love to be able to play Jamiroquai's Canned Heat. Awesome improv in there.

Right now for me it's between "Let It Be" and "Come Together".

Well we all shine on--like the moon and the stars and the sun.

I love that song - the intro is also a masterclass into how to layer all the individual parts that make up a song :)

"Money" Pink Floyd
"Drive my car" The Beatles

I put together a bass for my stepson and when he lost interest I started fooling around with it.

Still trying to get used to a longer scale and thicker strings, I have small hands and it's a different feeling than what I'm used to.

When I die, I want to go peacefully in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming......
like the passengers in his car.
