guys
i have a rick 4001. have had it for years and feel the need for a change. i want something around the same value so it dont cost me anything. any suggestions?
i dont know what a 4001 is worth these days.

If you like the tone of a Ric, and want something that's a bit similar, I suggest going with a Fender Jazz bass. They're not quite as trebly as a Ric, and you should be able to get a good deal with the 4001.
Just curious, how much are you willing to let it go for?
