Suggestions to find a bass tab?

Met up with a new acquaintance last night who plays bass, and appreciates much of the same musical material that I like. He asked if I could find a bass tab for Stephen Stills' "Change Partners," so we can maybe make that the first part of our new repertoire.
I did check some of the bass sites, but no luck. Googling for it seems to come up with too many results, and none of them are both the right song and bass tab.
Nothing found anywhere for sheet music, either.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
