anyone know a good sight that shows you how to (use modes). not just memorize everything.. for example how would it apply to blues? thanks for any help , jt

ok - first up, I'm going to move this to Beginners Q&A where it will get more feedback.
Then - run down the shops and buy this month's Total Guitar magazine. There's an article by Joe Satriani called Modes Made Easy. Joe taught Steve Vai and Kirk Hammett, so he's no slouch.
