Hi all beginners like me ..
Well I still classify myself as a beginner as I can't play for poop , I just watched a video a instructional video actually by Tommy Emmanaul ..
This guy is a awesome guitarist , and I have been looking for ages for short cuts and easy ways of doing stuff ..
Guess what ????
No such thing as short cuts or easy way to play the guitar over night like I first thought ..
Hard work , dedication and practice is the only way Tommy says to achieve your goals ..
Record yourself today ...
A month down the track record the same piece of music ....
Play them back and you will hear the difference in yourself , this something I have been doing for nearly 3 years now and I record a piece of music on Monday then record the same piece Sunday ...
In a week now I can hear the difference probably only because I want to hear if I improved by yes that dreaded word PRACTICE ..
Thought I would pass this on to other beginners it does help hearing from other beginners and know your not alone finding some of it very challenging ..

I started looking for the quick, easy way too. Found pretty quickly that it doesn't exist.
Practice...Practice...Practice. And after that...Practice.

I think practice IS the shortcut! Any other way would take much longer...
