Alright. I've been learning the pentatonic and blues scales from arjen's article. I'm trying to just make some little riffs of my own, but can anyone list some tab for some good "classic" riffs? I'm a big fan of classic rock (led zep, etc), as well as that 'southern' sound like lynyrd skynyrd or the 'wild west' (as i like to think of it) sound of some tunes by the doors. If anyone has some longer tabs, that would be cool, too. I want to try to learn some longer pieces of music. Help would be much appreciated 8)

If you have powertabs, I'd recomend Crossroads by Cream. Blues classic, classic riffs in there.

unfortunately, i don't have a computer at home, so i'm at a library and can't download anything :( so anything without downloading is cool.

Buy the John Mayall Bluesbreakers with Clapton CD, all the licks you'll ever need. Being able to play them is another story though :)

I've been imitated so well I've heard people copy my mistakes.

I'd suggest trying to get some licks by ear, if you don;t have a computer at home. It will make you a much better player anyways. Thats the way all the guitar greats learned, by ear.
