The lowest price online for the FenderÂ® Standard Stratocaster Electric Guitar? i need a site that has the lowest price so i can order it form there, the regular price is 400 im looking for a lower price

Look on CraigsList.. if your in the States. The Used Market is very good these days and most the gear is in good/great condition.
