Chord Progression Question

I am trying to understand chord progressions…

So, in C major:

I – ii – iii – IV – V – vi – vii
C – Dm – Em – F – G – Am – Bdim
Cmaj7 – Dmin7 – Emin7 – Fmaj7 – G7 – Am7 – B7b5

Something like that…

My question: So what if I wanted to play progressions in say, Am? How do chord progressions work with minors? Maybe I missed the article on GN.
