I have been learning to play acustic using David's easy songs for beginner's section and it has worked very well for me due to the mp3 files that he provides along with the tab. I am going to start playing an electric soon and would like to know where I can find beginner electric songs that provide mp3 files with them. I have looked over this site and did not see any beginner songs that are exclusive to electric(that provide mp3 files with them). Thank you for any advice you may have.
A lot of the Hal Leonard books come with CDs filled with the tracks that you're learning. Blues You Can Use is a great example in my opinion. UltimateGuitar.com also has a series of lessons which come with videos which can be quite good.

Thanks for all the help I will check them out.
No songs are actually exclusively for electric or acoustic, but obviously if you're spending 4 minutes strumming power chords with just downstrokes it's going to come across better on an electric. Otherwise, there's no reason why you can't use all the lessons on this site for both acoustic and electric
