Hey
If i see it correct you have been playing guitar only for 3 weeks and Fmaj is a tough chord.Jus rushing it up won't do good.Give urself some time and keep practicing cauz later more difficult things like barre chords are coming ur way. :D

I didn't start learning to play barre chords until my second year of playing. Certainly barring the first fret is the hardest. Have you tried playing an open Fmaj7 instead.
