The tab above is just 2 barre chords barred at the 3rd fret. The letters are the strings (bottom E on tab is the top fat low E on your guitar) and the numbers are the fret to fret the string at.

Just understand that doing a barre chord isn't easy for beginners. If you struggle, keep pluggin away.

It looks as if that was the original fingering. I was suggesting an alternative.
Now I feel stupid...
arjen---belive me man you aren't the stupid one!... the open move has gotten a little better the barre chords still feel pretty strange seems like i can get 5 strings to ring nice and 1 that "chunks"...
