Can anyone recommend an excellent guitar teacher in Orange county California, around Fullerton?

I can't help you with any specific names, but have you tried some of the Music Teach search engines like http://www.musicstaff.com ? You plug in your zip code and they come up with teachers within your requested distance (within five miles, ten miles, etc.)
There are other searches as well, but this is the one I'm most familiar with.

If you enter 2500 miles you will get David, and you will be a winner, but it will be one heck of a commute for lessons. :lol:
