I remember reading a post of your experience with your reso. you were practically in heaven.
I bet someone in your part of the woods would buy yours. in the mean time,try putting in on your lap face up and try it lap style.

When I use a strap with mine, I tie it on with a leather bootlace under the strings above the nut. Any old strap will work.
