Not go for it, I already have this stuff. But Is it me or do the chords sound WAY different on an electric guitar instead of an acoustic?

Well with electric guitars (this isn't always the case) open chords will sound weird because the pickups will make all strings that are hit open sound for a long time. So unless switching to the next chord stops the sound, then you could have some undesired noise. That's why barre chords are the way to go on electric guitar.

Hey guys guess what I just took Guitar on Sombo, a full year course class in my school. I go everyday, its part of my 9 periods, its not an extra carercular. Its an elective. I get to play everyday at school and they teach me! It's absoultely free too! This is perfect 4 me. I guess I'm done with this thread now, thanks you all, you have been a great help.
