Hey all,
First post so bear with me.

Im an absolut beginner and I need someone to help me. It seems that when I try to move my left hand around the fret board I cannot get my fingers to stop what seems to me as "Dragging on the String I hit the note before??"

Is there a routine/excersise I can do to stop this?

Thanks in advance

First off, welcome to GN. It will just take some time for you to get comfortable with the guitar. In a little while your grip pressure will lighten up and you'll be able to move around the fretboard easier. Just keep practicing and enjoy the journey.

Thanks for the welcome.
So it will just come with practice, and there is nothing I can do to prevent it. I dont want to start off with bad habits that will be a pain to correct later on.
