Could someone please help me out with the riff to Personal Jesus? I know it is really simple I just can't figure it out. :) There is G on the lower E and then some hammer ons and pull-offs, plus maybe he bends the string too. But my slow ears can't seem to catch the rhythm. Thanks in advance.

Try googling "tab personal jesus" - you'll get plenty of hits.

I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.
Did you know that the word "gullible" is not in any dictionary?

Yes but just playing the tab note for note doesn't produce the riff. It is the timing signature and the hammer ons and pull-offs that are the interesting parts.

This is the clearest version I could find:

... next to this and other tutorials, on the side, but not as comprehensive? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SaaxO8sAUI8&feature=related or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5gQAl9ypMs&feature=related

Hey, and if you want it even easier, don't know about the tuning but seems normal, when I heard Johnny Cash, I thought it would look simple like this, and was glad to find it.
