This may seem like I've lost it, but I'd be helpful if anyone could direct me to (or even give/make me :D ) a drum track that that goes:
duhduhduhduhCHHduhduhduhduhCHHCHH(pause)
at 100ish bpm - 4 beats a bar for a Led Zepp style song I'm writing? Thanks.

how long is that pause? unless it's a bar and a quarter, you're missing a bar.
download a drum machine.
It's not really up to the job by itself*, by you could download hammerhead (it's free) and use it to work out the timing, and then post that here for a better idea of what you're after...
I'd love to help but I'm not really sure what you want. If you're recording it feel free to send it so I can put a drumtrack with some fills under it.
Ahh. The complications of trying to describe a beat.
I'll download that thing and then upload an audio of the finished thing.

hammerhead's good, but you can't export files as mp3s or wave files, afaik.
Haven't used it in a while, but I shoved it up on Soundclick.

It's just a recording of the drum beat. Although Ideally (Arjen?) if you could make the last beat of the "first half" a cymbal and likewise with the last two of the second half, that'd be great. If you could repeat it lots of times and throw in a few fills that'd be great. Many thanks!

I recorded it through Audacity via changing the recording settings. Then exported it as mp3.
