So I'm still having a little bit of an issue picking up strumming patterns... Could anyone tell me what it is for this song along with the order of the chords??? I need to have it learned by Thursday... Thanks in advance :)
Here's a link to the song : http://www.themusichutch.com/listen.php?songid=10738
I know that it uses A maj, D min, and C chords

nice song. I have jammed with a violinist that plays Celtic music.
my suggestion: down stroke the chords that stand alone; that's obvious.
next you need to set yourself up for the downstroke by playing down and up so that when the single chord comes around you are heading towards tjhe downstroke.
describing strumming patterns is odd for me because they come natural.
try playing with ease and let the nature of the chords tell you.

Thanks :) That sounds like it should work
Yeah it's cool... Totally different than what I would normally play / listen to so it's a nice change (it's for school)
