Quick tab question.....what is indicated when a note is inside a diamond and other notes in the same measure are not?

Usually it's a harmonic. Played by just touching(not fretting) a string at that fret. The easy harmonics are at 12 and 7. Pluck it and immediately remove your finger. It should sound bell-like.
