Travelling with a guitar

I'm going out of town for 4-5 weeks coming up and I'd rather not go that long with out playing my guitar. I have two guitars, one obviously being better than the other. I was thinking about bringing my lesser of quality guitars with me for the flight. I have a pretty good and solid guitar case. Does anyone have any recommendations on what to do? I wish I could bring my good guitar but I'm kind of weary of bringing that on a plane.
