Hey all,
I heard the last 15-20 seconds of a song on the radio the other day, I really want to learn it, but can't remember the name. It was on a "Classic Rock" station. Kinda medium paced, bluesy, cool. One of the lines I heard was, "Oh Lord, I think I'm Dyin'." I googled that lyric, but didn't find the right song.
Any help would be appreciated.

Could it have been "Oh Lord I feel like I'm dyin'"...... possibly Whipping Post by the Allman Brothers Band?

9 Min! Nice job Vic!
Vic,
I heard a song a couple months ago, I can't remember where or when, but it went something like:
"Da, Da, Da, something, something something, Do, Da, I want to..... Something, Something.." and then there was a middle part, and at the end it went, "BOOONNGGG!"
And there was a guitar playing in the background (I think).
Can you help me?
:D
Riff raff,
you sound like my wife trying to explain a song she's heard and would like me to get for her :D
Ah, that's an easy one, Riff Raff, unworthy of exercising my brain cell.....

There used to be a bar here named The Hitching Post, with a rowdy reputation. I couldn't pass it without singing:
Sometimes I feel,
Sometiiii-iiiimes I feel,
Like I've been knifed
At The Hitching Post,
Knifed
At The Hitching Post,
Kniii-iiifed
At The Hitching Post,
Good Lord, I feel like I'm dyin'!
(It changed hands and names after a messy killing on the parking lot.)
"A cheerful heart is good medicine."
LOL!!!!
I think I used to hang at that very same gin mill....
On the Southside of Chicago

I couldn't stop laughing at that one.
I'm the one who always tries to sing a song for my wife, recieving a blank stare. "How can you play so many instruments and not be able to carry a simple tune?"
