Hi I just got a wah wah pedal, which i need to play "be yourself" by audioslave and am at a loss as to what other songs to play with it or what scales to use with it. If someone could help me out, thatd be greatly appreciated.

Playing "be yourself" with the wah is fun too, one of my favorite to play.
For other songs with wah try out:
Jimi Hendrix- Voodoo Child (Slight Return)
Cream- White Room (great use of the wah here also)
Cream- Tales of Brave Ulysses
Guns n Roses- Sweet Child of Mine (defiently check this song out, i believe it's got the greatest wah solo in it)
Chicago- 25 or 6 to 4
