I'm trying to put my finger on this, but seem to be missing the target. I like the progression, it has a reggae sound (yes, it's the Sanskrit chant in my sig.). I think I'm seeing F#, Bm and C#m but it doesn't sound like that vis-a-vis my guitar. His neck looks rather short too. Is there something different about the guitar? Maybe a different tuning?

It sounds like standard tuning to me. All minor barre chords -- i-iv-v.

I believe the same mantra, with different melody, is in "My Sweet Lord."

"You can't write a chord ugly enough to say what you want to say sometimes, so you have to rely on a giraffe filled with whipped cream." - Frank Zappa

OK, so minors and I IV V. I thought I saw his middle finger lifted, but I thought that was part of the lift off to mute. Will try the minor. Yes, it is the Gurur Brahma, a traditional Hindu prayer. GH uses it in My Sweet Lord, but he breaks it up differently to fit the song's timing. He uses B and F#m. Thanks for the direction.

Yep, the F#m makes it work. :) Now I'm working on the rhythm. Not that I want to do it exactly like he does (well... :P ), but it's something new to learn.
