Ok I would like to ask a few bits (lenght of chords, suggested strummin ecc.) for any of the following songs:
Patience
I remember you (Skid Row)
18 & Life (Skid Row)
Strange world (Iron maiden)
In detail:
Patience: I guess that the chords does not change every measure...regarding the strummin I tried several ones, maybe the best one is the classic syncopated one but I'm not so sure
D (1) DU (2) U (3) DU (4)
I remember you
for the verses I'm pretty satisfied by a strummin like
D (1) D (2) DUDU (3) UD (4)
while for the chorus I go with
D D D U D (but I'm not satisified)
Strange world
given that I change the chord every measure I still have not found a satisfying strummin pattern
Any one could help me?

I made a few progressions
Patience: I'm quite sure that it could be played with the classic folk-strum (D-Du-UdU), I'm not sure about the lenght of every chord, even if I guess that's two measures for each chord in the verse while one each measure for the chorus
I remember you: I recently listend to it again and I think it has to be played with a
D ddu D ddu
pattern, change chord each measure
I'm not 100% sure about the chorus but I think the same pattern of teh verse could be used
