 Down With the Sickness  Disturbed

Do not let the length of this tab scare you. This song is very easy to play. The secret to this song is the count. Just count 1 2 3 4 5, 1 2 3 4 5, 1 2 3 4 over and over again. Simple. Tune guitar ½ step down, tune low E down an additional whole step.

Part D takes a little practice. You do not want to break time. I use my pinky to get the Harmonics at the 5th fret on the G and B strings. You'll get best Harmonics in Bridge position on your pickups with high gain.Play Part C 3X and Part D 1X again. Now, there is a slight variation

I knew YOU would like it. I was in a band for 3 years, all we played were originals and HEAVY covers. We played Korn, System of a Down, Saliva, POD, Drowning Pool and many others. I really enjoy this type of Rock. It is not hard to play, but it sounds awesome.

Does Deadlock play any covers?

Cool I have this CD I'll have to try and play along with it. If you have any other songs in this style I'd luv to check them out.

How about Godsmack? Anything by them?

That wasn't dumb at all, I posted this tab some time ago, since then Guitar Noise has changed their format and many of the early tabs got scrambled. I just went back and straightened it all out, hope it is easy to read now. :D

As I wrote, the secret to this song is the count. You count one two three four five, one two three four five, one two three four. If you get that count down this song is simple. Hope you enjoy.
