A question was asked in another post I believe about chord melody playing. So I tabbed this out as an example and figured I might as well post it here.

This song is easy to play, it is very slow. Chords are just played on 3 strings.

Although this song is really simple and easy to play with a little practice, it always impresses people. :D

The fingerings are just suggestions.

Peter

The fingerings shown are for the fretting hand and just suggestions.

I am also trying to learn Fur Elise by Beethoven. My daughter has been playing it in her piano lessons, and I want to transpose it to guitar.

I don't just play Rock N Roll you know. :D

How can I save this all formatted?

If I copy and paste it to a word document it is all out of alignment and the same if I highlight and print "selection"

So is there a way of doing it?

Thanks

Keith

Paste it into Word, press Ctrl-A to mark the entire text and change the font to Courier or any other with fixed-width.

Another method is to download an editor, like Notepad++ (free from http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net/de/site.htm ), which works with fixed-width only. I use it to set up tab, etc.

I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.
