help with Let it bleed and Paint it black by Stones

Hello guys

I need a bit of help to play "let it bleed" and "paint it black". I do not have problems with the patterns (both can be played with a syncopated eight notes pattern) but I'm not so sure about chord changes

I mean in Let it bleed I change it every two measures while in paint it black I change them like this (referred to the first verse)

Em (2measures), B7 (2 measures)
Em (2measures), B7 (2 measures)
Em (1 measure), D (1 measure), Em (2measures)
Em/A/D/b7 1 meausre each

but I'm not utterly suer

would anyone be so gentle to post those songs including the chord changes references
