just wondering if there's a tab of the song 'one day at a time' done by joe walsh about his drinking problem. Its new maybe thats why there's no tab. If anyone comes across it that would be great
I can't find one either so I guess we will have to fudge it. In other words try to figure it out.
I found some lyrics, my ear not trained well enough, all I can say is there's alot of strumming maybe alot of open chords. I haven't heard it for a while so I hope even what I said is somewhat accurate. This song is so good
"Well you know I was alway's the first to arrive at the party
Oh, and the last to leave at the scene of the crime
Well it started with a couple of beers
And it went I don't know how many years
Like a runaway train, heading for the end of the line
Well I finally got around to admit that I might have a problem
But I thought it was just too damn big of a mountain to climb
Well I got down on my knees and said hey
I just can't go on living this way
Guess I have to learn to live my life one day at a time
Oh yeah, one day at a time
Oh yeah, one day at a time
instrumental
Oh yeah, one day at a time
Oh yeah, one day at a time
Well I finally got around to admit that I was the problem
When I used to put the blame on everybody's shoulders but mine
All my friends I used to run with are gone
But I hadn't planned on living this long
I'll have to learn to live my life one day at a time
It was something I was to blind to see
I got help from something greater than me
Now I have to learn to live my life one day at a time"
If you buy the Eagles "Live in Melboune" dvd it's worth the price but you'll have to copy from Joe's singing,no lyric sheet included.

Found these tabs, don't know how accurate, but I'm going to try them.
"There were 7 million fingers learnin' how to play, and you could hear the fingers pickin' and this is what they had to say–LET THERE BE ROCK!"
