Been messing about with this tonight....If you start with G instead of A and put a capo on the second fret, it's pretty easy to do the hammer-ons and pull-offs that give the riff some flavour....as for the solo, here's a tip...if you do start with G, pretty easy to do the solo in standard tuning...you only need the D G and B strings....
