Can anybody give me the chords/tuning/fingerstyle for Martin Carthy's 'The Trees They Do Grow High'? I can sing this song quite like him, and I would love to be able to play it. I've searched and searched and can't find how he's doing it anywhere :(
PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!!

From what I can tell it's not available. For the tuning try this Carthy Tuning

To my ears, it sounds like standard tuning with a capo at the second fret (F#m fingered like Em)...you can hear the familiar Em shape arpeggio on the top three open strings.
Martin Carthy used standard early on, and this song is fairly old, I think from the '60s, so my guess is that it's standard.
He did use EADEAE later (AKA "A pipe tuning" - relationships of the five lowest-pitched strings are the same as the five highest-pitched strings of DADGAD) and now uses CGCDGA.
