Im off on another DIY tangent again! I have an old spring reverb unit dug out of an old peavey 110 and i wanted to know what the possibilities of using it on an ad30 are? I dont much like the digital reverb on the ad30 and this is a very nice sounding unit. Is it possible to modify it to run through an effects loop?

I imagine it would depend on where in the amp's internals that part of the circuit was. If it's placed before the signal gets amplified, then you can just put an input and output socket on it and you're away (because it'd be expecting and producing a line level signal). If it's anywhere else you're going to have to do some work to sort the levels out.

Don't forget to give it a remote footswitch either, unless you want the "I just knocked my amp with the reverb turn on" sound effect every time you turn it, or anything close to it, on and off
