ok..Noel Gallagher from Oasis played with Paul Weller (ex-The Jam /Style Council). Paul Weller played with ex-Soft Machine Robert Wyatt, Wyatt recorded a song with Elvis Costello, who played with Bruce Springsteen, The Boss played with Roy Orbison who was member of the Traveling Whilburys with Jeff Lynne (ELO) ,who had Bev Bevan on drums. Ry Cooder was part of Captain Beefheart's Magic Band in the 'Safe as Milk' era, appeared in Van Morrison' Into the Music', made soundtracks for Wim Wender (Paris,Texas), and finally discovered the great Buena Vista Social Club cuban musicians. Last year there a release of Buena Vista social Club musicians along with Cold play, and... U2.
