When writing out a guitar part in real music (I.e., not tab) how do you signify bends, slides and vibrato?

any help would be much appreciated, or maybe somebody knows a website with a list of these things, and other guitar-specific notation

Thanks

Peter

A bend would be a straight line between the two notes, a vibrato would be a wavy line above the note, and a bent would be a curved line above the note. A fall would be a wavy line trailing off of the note. A gliss would be a wavy line between two notes...
