I've been looking at some common jazz progressions, namely the 16251, which in C major would be:
C Am D G7 C
and the 16451 progression:
C Am F G7 C
I was wondering if there were any jazz examples of these progressions in minor keys, for example, in A minor:
Am F Bdim Em Am
or
Am F Dm Em Am
Obviously, I know I could use the examples in a song, I was just wondering if they are common, since the 16251 progression kind of sounds odd, especially with that diminished chord.
