You already know the notes, or should be able to figure them out from the tablature, so it's not all that hard to put together your own charts. That's one of the best ways to start to understand them.

I think there is a typo in Am position #3 that 9 on the D string should be a 10.

I'm no really one to look for typos or even pay attention but I have been on a pentatonic kick lately really trying to work them and they have been ingrained in my brain and as soon as I saw it, it looked odd. (I still had to double check to make sure I wasn't seeing things)

In the "F Major Position 5" one of the last notes is a B (7 fret 1º string) shouldnt be a flat B? either on the 6 fret first string or 11 fret second string?

But in that case is just a "F Major Position 4" minus 1 note, which makes some sense because it goes over 2 octaves and this (like the rest) mode is "just the same thing but starting on the second note". Like every other it just matter here you start. Did I get everything right?

In that case, would it be good in the long run if I just made a new position that goes between the 8 and the 12 fret?

Yes, it should have been the sixth fret. I can't seem to write anything write some days!

And your observation is why most players don't worry about learning every position. When you have seven different positions (or even five), you get a lot of overlap in places and more often than not you find yourself making slight shifts from one position to the other.

And why would you make a new position that goes between the eighth and twelfth frets? The sixth position of F would start with D, which is at the tenth fret.
