ive been writing songs for about 2 months now and have been playing guitar for about 2years. The problem is whenever I write a song, i cant find a good rhythm on guitar to play along with it. anyone got any advice?

Hi! I have been playing for nearly 2.5 years and I've written few songs for now, but this is what I do..
I mess with rythm and strange chords until I get a cool original timing.
for the rythm... It hasn't to be very complex... just what your mind tell you
Try to make the melody first... maybe the chorus... and then build it up from there
I find useful to record myself everytime I've got and idea... good or bad, it is and idea... if you got a computer its easy to have a lot of stuff to choose later
